Cotapaxi has a brand new state-of-the art manufacturing facility in Beilun, China totaling 400,000 square feet featuring:

• Constructed for over 3,200 workers

• 4 story office building

• 2 mold centers

• Injection workshop

• Over 100,000 square feet of assembly floor space

• Over 50,000 square feet of “clean room” decoration workshops

• Over 50,000 square feet of warehouseing floor space

• Over 40,000 square feet of custom packaging space

Our factory allows us to produce, assemble and decorate almost any item. Controlling production, decoration and assembly allows us to provide the highest quality product at the lowest cost since all middle men are eliminated.

Cotapaxi’s advantages of keeping production controlled completely in house are numerous. The following steps of production are all handled in house by Cotapaxi:

• Production schedules created in house.

• Molds are kept in a safe secure location.

• Decoration will all be done in house.

• Assembly will all be done in house.

• All parts of every item will be controlled and supervised in one location instead of several.

• Injection for all parts are in house. Cotapaxi’s In-house mold center and injection molding workshop has over twenty injection machines. This reduces your lead times for custom produced items by 30-60 days.

All Cotapaxi products are produced to ISO 9000 standards and overseen by our team of quality control inspectors. In addition, Cotapaxi meets or exceeds all Social Compliance requirements.

Cotapaxi understands that China will remain the country to produce products.
